Moonlight Cultural Foundation's mission is to be the access to new levels of professionalism in North San Diego County's performing arts by: (a)promoting philanthropy for, and (b) providing financial support of Moonlight Stage Productions.

Moonlight Cultural Foundation has announced the installation of two new board members to its current roster of board of directors. The new members are Arthur Barter and Robbie Hass.
Arthur Barter, President and CEO, Datron World Communications, Inc. Mr. Barter started at Datron in 1997 as the Vice President of Finance and Operations, a position he served in for six years, until promoted to General Manager early 2004. Mr. Barter has been Datron’s President and CEO since November 2004. Prior to his tenure with Datron, Mr. Barter was the Director of Finance for Seirracin/ Magnedyne in Vista. He has also held various finance positions with Data Card Corporation, and Walt Disney Productions. Mr. Barter is a graduate of California State University—Fullerton, with degrees in both Accounting and Finance.
Robbie Calderon-Hass, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Carlsbad. She has been a resident of North County for the past seven years. Robbie feels her purpose in life is to serve mankind and has contributed countless hours serving her community. She is president of the North County African American Women Association, a member of Soroptimist International of Oceanside Carlsbad, a member of the Oceanside Women’s Club, and a member of the NAACP. She tutors English as a second language, mentors young teen girls and volunteers as a community member for the City of Oceanside Oral Boards. She is married to Keith Hass. They have two children and four granddaughters.
Maureen Macdonald, Executive Director of the Moonlight Cultural Foundation was excited about the new board members. She offered, "They each will provide a huge contribution to the board through their experience and expertise. We look forward to another great year of support for North County's performing arts and art education."
